Yes. Document Coverage is priced by tracked documents, and Document Validation by processing credits per billing period. Supplier records are available with either product and supplier count does not determine your plan. Choose a different tier for each product when buying both. Your total is the sum of the individual prices.

Each coverage criterion counts the documents it actively monitors, separately for each supplier assignment. A document that meets two criteria counts under each. A criterion still waiting for required evidence counts one; the document replaces that count when it arrives rather than adding to it. Grouping criteria into requirements does not reduce this count. Supporting documents a criterion consults do not count unless they are also actively monitored.

Tracked documents are active capacity, not a charge for each execution. Automatic and scheduled rechecks of the same monitored evidence do not increase usage, and the capacity does not reset each month. Applying another coverage criterion to that evidence does use additional capacity. Creating or editing a validation criterion does not itself use credits. New AI checks use processing credits, whether they pass or fail; deterministic comparisons are included.

Keeping an old file, extraction revision, or evaluation history does not itself count as another tracked document. A renewal reuses the existing capacity once the old document is no longer actively monitored. If both documents remain actively monitored, both count. Classification, dates, and identifiers are included in Coverage. Full extraction and new AI checks on a replacement use Validation processing credits.

Buy top-up credits in advance at £0.50, $0.65, or €0.60 per credit, in your billing currency. Your subscription allowance is used first; top-up credits cover work after it runs out and do not reset each month. Each purchase expires one year after payment. Work that needs credits waits until your balance covers it, so there are no surprise charges. Coverage monitoring never stops when credits run out.

Move to a larger tier at any time, or use top-up credits for occasional peaks in Validation work. For large initial imports, unusually complex documents, or higher ongoing volumes, request access and we will scope a suitable allowance with your team.
