Prices exclude applicable taxes. Annual plans are billed once per year; monthly usage allowances stay the same. Billing terms, extraction allowances, validation page bands, and additional processing rates are agreed before you start.

Clear about what’s included
Extraction is included
Coverage includes an extraction allowance for new documents and renewals, with initial imports scoped separately. Validation includes extraction when needed. Existing extracted data is reused across both modules without a second extraction charge.
Define the criteria you need
Creating and reusing criteria is included with your module. Routine completeness, expiry, and stored-data checks are included. AI assessments and extensive comparisons use the processing allowance agreed for your workload.
Know your processing allowance
Validation units measure processing, not saved rules. Document length, AI assessments, and the number of items compared can affect usage. We agree the page bands, assessment allowances, and extra-volume rates with you before access. Technical retries do not incur an additional charge.

How suppliers, documents, and criteria fit into your plan.
Can I buy either module on its own?
Yes. Document Coverage is priced by active managed suppliers. Document Validation is priced by processing volume, so a business with one supplier and many incoming documents can choose the validation capacity it needs. You can also combine different capacities; request access for a tailored quote.
Is there a document limit for each supplier?
There is no individual supplier document cap. Coverage plans include a shared pool based on 30 active documents per supplier of plan capacity. Suppliers can use different amounts of that pool. Stored-document capacity is separate from the extraction allowance for new and replacement documents.
Do I pay every time a criterion is checked?
Routine checks against existing data, including scheduled expiry checks, are included. Creating more criteria does not itself add a fee. AI assessments, extensive comparisons, and requested bulk reprocessing are covered by the processing terms agreed for your account.
What happens if I need more capacity?
We agree additional processing packs or a larger plan with you before extra charges apply. For large initial imports, unusually complex documents, or higher ongoing volumes, request access and we will scope a suitable allowance with your team.
